Master Kutz is more than just a barbershop—it's a cornerstone of the West Charlotte community. Owned and operated by Willis Draughn Jr., affectionately known as BIG RED the Voice, for over two decades, Master Kutz stands as a beacon of connection, empowerment, and service.
For 20 years, Master Kutz has been an integral part of the West Charlotte landscape, with two locations serving the community. Beyond exceptional grooming services, Master Kutz is deeply intertwined with the community through various impactful programs.
In partnership with Be You Be Great, Master Kutz extends its commitment to community service by offering free haircuts to those in need and providing mentorship opportunities to aspiring barbers, especially the youth seeking to enter the profession.
Recognizing the potential in individuals regardless of their past, Master Kutz believes in the rehabilitation and successful reintegration of those previously convicted of felonies. Through close collaboration with the community, the barbershop champions employment opportunities for individuals who might otherwise face challenges in finding work.
